Southern California Alcohol & Drug Program, Inc., will expand residential and outpatient treatment slots within our Positive Steps HIV/AIDS program targeting African American and Latina women in Los Angeles County to serve 45 additional participants each year, for a total of 210 new participants during the five-year grant period. The program will create an innovative model of cost-effective alcohol and drug treatment that can be applied to Juvenile Courts throughout Los Angeles County and in other areas of the nation.
